PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remodel a partition panel wooden in an external appearance without removing an existing panel by covering external appearance surfaces of an upper frame, a horizontal muntin, muntin and a blocking-up plate of a partition panel of an existing building with a wooden decorative cover, and replacing fittings corresponding to a movable part with fittings mainly composed of a wood material. SOLUTION: In a partition panel 1, a wood decorative plate 13 is respectively fixed to an upper frame 5, a horizontal muntin 6, muntins and a sill 12 of an existing steel partition panel as the upper frame 5, the horizontal muntin 6, muntins 7a, 7b and a lower frame 12 by an adhesive and a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape. A blocking-up plate of the existing steel partition panel is fixed to a blocking-up plate part 11 and lower part of a glass window 10, a wood material such as a plywood board is similarly fixed to the lower part of the glass window, and a surface of the existing steel partition panel is covered with a decorative cover wooden in an external appearance. A sliding door, a glass sliding door 9 and the glass window corresponding to fittings being a movable part are mainly composed of the wood material, and the used by being replaced with an existing sliding door, a glass sliding door and a glass window.
