PREPARATION METHOD OF WOOD CHIP USED AS MEDIA FOR FIXING MICROORGANISM

PURPOSE: A preparation method of wood chip used as media for fixing microorganism is provided to save manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: a grinding woods such as broadleaf tree and needle leaf tree by 3-5mm size; a dipping wood chip in the tank filled with water or salty water; aging wood ship while mixing for improving aging for 3 months; a filtration for separating smaller and bigger size than 3-5mm to prevent clogging; a washing until color is removed.
