PURPOSE: A method for providing remote feature control function of mobile radio communication system is provided to prevent the charge or the statistical error, by removing the unnecessary interlock between the MSC(Mobile Switching Center) and the HLR(Home Location Register), when providing the RFC(Remote Feature Control) which activates/inactivates the operation of additional service granted to the user with the terminal of another person without using the user's terminal. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing remote feature control function of mobile radio communication system is as follows. If a mobile subscriber of CDMA calls a call with the optional terminal, a mobile call processor of MSC requests a position registration information of a called subscriber from a HLR(Home Location Register)(ST21,ST22). If the HLR requests the information input for a RFC function, the mobile call processor receives from the subscriber and transmits to the HLR(ST23-ST34). If an additional function change is possible, because the input signal is normal, the HLR transmits a message that the additional function change is expired successfully(ST35). The mobile call processor receiving the message transmits the message that the additional function change is expired successfully, to the subscriber and concludes the interlock with the HLR(ST36). If a call release signal is transmitted from a call originating subscriber, the mobile call processor releases the call immediately(ST37). |
