PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a collecting tool readily respond to fruits even if the size thereof is different and increase general-purpose properties of fruit picking. SOLUTION: This picking tool for fruits is obtained by installing a tubular pipe rod 10 having a top opening 11, a shaft 15 inserted into the pipe rod 10 so as to be movable in the shaft direction and rotatable around the shaft, a tubular rotatable gripper 20 fixed onto the basal part 16 of the shaft 15, movable simultaneously with the shaft 15 and further movable in the shaft direction relatively to the pipe rod 10, a finger part 30 comprising two or more fingers 31 having each one end 32 fixed to the tip 17 of the shaft 15 and the side of the other end 33 extended from the tip opening 11 of the pipe rod 10, protruded and urged in the extending direction with a spring member 40 so as to hold a fruit F and a spring 50 internally installed in the gripper 20, urging the pipe rod 10 in the protruding direction and contracting and closing the fingers 31 of the finger part 30 until the mutual other ends 33 contact with one another.
