A rubber seal and a device for fixing an exhaust tube of a PDP using the same are provided to fix the exhaust tube in a vertical position by pressing at least two contacting portions against the exhaust tube. A cylindrical boss(22) has an exhaust tube receiving hole and at least two inner contact portions(22b) formed on an inner surface of the hole and line-contacting or surface-contacting an outer periphery of an exhaust tube. Upper and lower disc wings(24,26) are extended outwardly from both ends of the cylindrical boss. The cylindrical boss and the upper and lower wings are made of the same rubber material. At least one of circular stepped portions(24a,26a) is formed on an outer surface of the upper and lower wings.
