<p>The device has two half shells (1) made of non-conducting material and held in between two sheath stumps (4). Each shell has a current conducting contact (2). The shells move one against the other by skewing a spring (3). The contacts are established when the shells are attached one over the other by compression of the spring, which is compressed by a brake cable (5) passing through the device, during activation of a brake.</p> |
