<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system with reduced start-up time of a fuel cell by providing remaining heat thereto by supplying hot water in a hot-water storage tank thereto, a fuel cell system control method, and its program. <P>SOLUTION: Since remaining heat is gradually provided to the fuel cell by a mixing means 108 for mixing hot water in the upper layer of the hot-water storage tank with hot water in the lower layer thereof, and a mixing temperature detection means 111, wasteful heat radiation to the outside air can be prevented in supplying the hot water to the fuel cell from the hot-water storage tank 110 and in returning the hot water to the hot-water storage tank 110 again after circulating it through the fuel cell 100, and a user can secure a lot of hot water used as hot-water supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
