PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling panel with superior cooling efficiency as compared with a conventional radiation cooling panel. SOLUTION: The cooling panel 2 is provided with a panel body 4, and a low temperature fluid communication part 5 provided on the panel body 4. The panel body 4 has a longwise substantially chevron like cross section with a central part in a width direction protruding upward, and it has two band like inclined portions 4a that are inclined with respect to a horizontal plane L.
