摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of an internal combustion engine capable of efficiently cooling a specific cooled object by utilizing waste heat of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This cooling device 20 applied to the internal combustion engine 1 has a columnar pipe 21 in which working fluid is sealed, and a heat accumulator 25 and a cold accumulator 250 mounted inside of the columnar pipe 21. The working fluid is vibrated by forming a temperature gradient by applying an EGR gas circulated in an exhaust gas circulating line L3 as a heat source, between both end parts of the heat accumulator 25, and the cold is achieved by utilizing a temperature gradient formed between both end parts of the cold accumulator 250 by the vibration of the working fluid. A cold accumulation low temperature heat exchanger 270 for taking out the cold is incorporated in the exhaust gas circulation line L3 on a downstream side of a high temperature heat exchanger 26 for heating the heat accumulator 25 while applying the EGR gas as the heat source, to cool the EGR gas on which the cooling demand is changed in accordance with an operating state of the internal combustion engine 1.
