It is intended to provide an EGFR-origin peptide usable in EGFR-based immunotherapy for cancer. Namely, an EGFR-origin peptide capable of inducing both cellular and humoral immune responses or a mutant peptide thereof; a polypeptide containing the above peptide; a nucleic acid molecule encoding t he same; and a medicinal composition containing the same.
