<p>In an information display panel, in which display media (particles or liquid powders) are sealed between two substrates having paired electrodes, at least one substrate being transparent, and, in which the display media, to which an electrostatic field is applied, are made to move so as to display information such as an image, an electrode chipping portion is arranged to one of or both of the paired electrodes.
