PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct rotary unbalance of a rotor section with high efficiency and high precision. SOLUTION: A protrusion 313 is formed on the bottom of a rotor yoke 31. A positioning recess 53 (or protrusion) is formed in a rotor fixing tool 50 and a rotor assembly 310 is held by a rotor fixing tool 50 such that the protrusion 313 and the positioning recess 53 are fitted. A positioning protrusion 611 is formed on an impeller seat 60 and an impeller 2 is mounted at a specific circumferential position for the impeller seat 60 such that a cut 221 and the positioning protrusion 611 are fitted. When a press is operated under a state where the impeller 2 is mounted on the impeller seat 60 and a rotor assembly 310 is fixed to the rotor fixing tool 50, the rotor assembly 310 is press fitted to the impeller 2, and rotary unbalance is offset between the impeller 2 and the rotor assembly 310.
