SOLUTION: A control means 6 causes an input frame buffer 1 to transfer data in the unit of an input split line data size to an input line buffer 2, pixel data after being subjected to interpolation processing by an interpolation processing means 3 are stored into an output line buffer 4 from the head thereof sequentially, and when stored into up to the last of the output line buffer 4, the data of the output line buffer 4 are transferred to coordinates to which an output frame buffer 5 corresponds.
