PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential limiting control device for a vehicle capable of appropriately controlling a differential limiting force between right and left wheels based on an index directly representing travelling state of the vehicle and exhibiting excellent steering characteristics regardless of the travelling state of the vehicle. SOLUTION: At the time when the vehicle is turning, a yaw rate corresponding control quantity Ty is calculated based on differentialΔY between an actual yaw rate Y and a target yaw rate Ytgt and current steering characteristics US, OS of the vehicle and high/low relation of wheel speeds Nin, Nout of right and left front wheels are judged. According to combination of the steering characteristics and the high/low relation of the wheel speeds Nin, Nout, a base control quantity Tbase is applied to an incremental correction side or a decremental correction side by the yaw rate correspond control quantity Ty and the differential limiting force between the right and left wheels is controlled based on a final control quantity T after correction.
