PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a change in ride comfort in the operation of an antilock brake device, in a motorcycle having an automatic shift control device and the antilock brake device. SOLUTION: An ECU (an engine control unit) of the motorcycle disengages a clutch by supplying a driving signal to a clutch actuator in the timing of receiving a signal of the effect in the operation of an ABS from the ABS.
