摘要 Provided is a method of producing a functional dried fish product or salted fish by soaking raw material in an extract of glasswort(Salicornia herbacea L.) and mixing with propolis, Citrus junos Tanaka extract and Opuntia dillenii extract. The food products contain functional material and components beneficial to human body and are removed in a fishy smell and foul smell. A fish product or fish is soaked in glasswort extract for 12hr and added with propolis, Citrus junos Tanaka extract and Opuntia dillenii extract. In case of the dried fish product, the half product is dried by far-infrared rays. In case of the salted fish, the half product is aged in an earthenware pot for 2 to 6 months. The Citrus junos Tanaka extract is obtained by mixing Citrus junos Tanaka and 1 to 1.5 times the weight of raw sugar for 5min, letting stand for 15 days, adding 2 times the weight of water, fermenting at 25 to 30deg.C for 24hr and heating with 5 times the weight of water at 80 to 90deg.C for 1hr while agitating.
