The first constituent is at least one dielectric material selected from the group consisting of SiOx (x>1), MgF2, CaF2, Al2O3, SnO2, In2O3 and ITO, and the second constituent is at least one material selected from the group consisting of iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), aluminum (Al), silver (Ag), silicon (Si), germanium (Ge), yttrium (Y), zinc (Zn), zirconium (Zr), tungsten (W) and tantalum (Ta). |
