An intelligent optical distributing device is provided to display a current light signal level of an optical communication line in real time and obtain optical communication line associated information. Light conversion elements(131,132) receive a portion of a light signal according to each optical communication line and convert it into an electrical signal, respectively. Light emitting elements(141-143) are installed to correspond to each optical communication line and indicate presence or absence of a light signal in each optical communication line. An LED driving module(128) controls an ON/OFF operation of the light emitting elements(141-143). A controller(150) receives the electrical signal from the light conversion elements(131,132), determines whether or not each optical communication line includes a light signal based on the electrical signal, and transfers the determination result to the LED driving module(128). The LED driving module(128) controls the ON/OFF operation of the light emitting elements(141-143) based on the determination result of the controller(150).
