A dust and offensive odor removing device using a dryer of an asphalt concrete plant is provided to remove the offensive odor generated in a mixer and a discharge unit, in a dyer and to reuse the dust collected in a bag filter, for asphalt concrete. An asphalt concrete plant is composed of: a dryer(16) heating aggregates discharged from a cold bin(10); a hot elevator(18) transferring the aggregates heated in the dryer; and a mixer(32) discharging asphalt concrete produced by mixing additives and dust supplied from an additive feeder(34) and a dust feeder(36) and aggregates sorted, weighed, and poured from the hot elevator, through a discharge unit(32a). A dust and offensive odor removing device comprises a suction fan(110) for a bag filter(102) forcibly sucking and exhausting the offensive odor generated in the mixer, to burn up the offensive odor in the dryer; the bag filter installed between the mixer and the suction fan to collect the dust filled into the mixer and to pour the dust into the hot elevator; and a hood(120) forcibly sucking the offensive odor generated in discharging the asphalt concrete through a discharge port of the mixer and discharging the sucked offensive odor to the dryer. |
