<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator for a medical instrument having a cuff which can quickly and accurately judge a fall in the internal pressure of the cuff. <P>SOLUTION: This indicator 1 for the medical instrument having the cuff is attached to the medical instrument having the cuff, and indicates the internal pressure of the cuff. The indicator 1 for the medical instrument having the cuff is equipped with a check valve 4, a connecting section 2 which is connected with the medical instrument having the cuff and communicates with the inside of the cuff, and a cylindrical body 3 which is provided between the check valve 4 and the connecting section 2. In the cylindrical body 3, a guide passage 8 which guides a fluid being injected through the check valve 4 to the connecting section 2 side, and an index chamber 6 which communicates with the inside of the cuff through the connecting section 2 are formed. In the index chamber 6, an index element 7 which is elastically deformed in response to the internal pressure of the cuff, and indicates the internal pressure of the cuff depending on the degree of the elastic deformation is provided. In the index chamber 6, a communication passage 9 which communicates with the outside of the cylindrical body 3 and enables the elastic deformation of the index element 7 to be performed by the communication is installed.
