<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary press which is inexpensive and surely preventing creasing of a web in a low-speed operation. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary press 1 is equipped with a printing part 7 which prints the web 17 being conveyed, an in-feed drag 21 which is provided on the upstream side of the printing part 7 and adjusts the tension of the web 17, conveying the web to the downstream side, a cooling drag 39 which is provided on the downstream side of the printing part 7 and conveys the web 17 at a conveyance speed equal to or higher than that of the in-feed drag 21, and a tension control part 61 which controls the tension of the web 17. The tension control part 61 is provided with a tension relaxing operation mode TM wherein a conveyance speed difference between the cooling drag 39 and the in-feed drag 21 is made smaller than that between the cooling drags 39 and the in-feed drag 21 at the time of printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
