<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face recognition method operating and a Web browser and its program which enable a user to use face recognition software operating in real time without installing any new software on the user side computer, and its program by automatically downloading face recognition software operating by a user side computer through the Internet, operating the face recognition software by using an execution environment called an AVM on the browser of the user side computer, and combining software for successively transferring the face recognition software on the AVM with a server. <P>SOLUTION: A face recognition method operating and a Web browser includes providing face recognition software on the AVM 42 of a Web browser 41 from a software server 3 in which face recognition software is stored in response to a request from the Web browser 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
