OSCILLATION DEVICE, RADAR APPARATUS EMPLOYING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device improved in linearity of oscillation frequencies of an oscillator by using a simple configuration.

SOLUTION: The oscillation device apparatus: a VCO 12 for generating an output signal having a frequency corresponding to a voltage of a frequency control signal; a frequency-voltage converter 15 for generating a converted voltage corresponding to the frequency of the output signal; an error amplifier 18 which amplifies a difference between a comparison voltage on the basis of the converted voltage and a prescribed reference voltage varying linearly, and outputs it; and a variable voltage generator 11 for generating the frequency control signal to be input to the VCO 12, based on the output of the error amplifier 18. The frequency-voltage converter 15 and the error amplifier 18 are configured to make up a feedback circuit by which the converted voltage corresponding to the frequency of the output signal of the VCO 12 is fed back to the variable voltage generator 11. The comparison voltage is compensated so as to come close to the reference voltage by above configuration.
