PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage personnel transfer in a partner company.

SOLUTION: The computer for managing information on departments and employees of a company comprises a storage device and a processor. The storage device stores a department information file constituted by collecting a plurality of department information records storing each department associated with the address or telephone number of the department, and an employee information file constituted by collecting a plurality of employee information records storing each employee in association with the department of the employee and fixed information which is never changed even if the employee is transferred. The processor receives a first information disclosure request including a target employee, and displays the fixed information of the employee. The processor also specifies the department of the employee and the address or telephone number of the department and displays the department and the address or telephone number of the department as attribute information of the employee.
