PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing exhaust heat of a showcase refrigerator of a food supermarket for a heat pump desiccant air conditioner. SOLUTION: In a flow of refrigerant gas of the showcase, after the refrigerant gas is compressed by a refrigerator (a compressor) of the showcase, the compressed gas is sent to a condenser. A direct expansion coil for heat exchange is installed in the heat pump desiccant air conditioner to utilize exhaust heat before being sent to the condenser. This method is used for the system of the showcase because any obstacle is not caused. The coil of heat exchange is installed on the upstream side of a built-in evaporator of the heat pump desiccant air conditioner on the treatment side of the heat pump desiccant air conditioner. On the other hand, on the regeneration side, the coil is installed on the upstream side and the downstream side of the condenser built in the heat pump desiccant air conditioner.
