PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for reducing its cost and downsizing its size more than before. SOLUTION: The processor includes a synthesis memory 19 storing image data photographed with a plurality of cameras 1, 2, 3 of which the image pick-up ranges are partially overlapped; and a storage processing execution unit executing processing through which the image data is stored in the memory 19. As for the overlapped image data among the image data photographed with the cameras 1, 2, 3, the execution unit stores only image data photographed one of the cameras 1, 2, 3 in the memory 19. Thereby, the execution unit stores the image data photographed with the plurality of cameras 1, 2, 3 as a series of image data showing an image of an object 21 to be photographed in the synthesis memory 19.
