PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage device capable of increasing the speed of heat storage/radiation and having a high heat storage efficiency by preventing the outflow of a latent heat storage material from a heat storage tank. SOLUTION: This heat storage device is provided with the heat storage tank 12 storing the latent heat storage material 18 and a heat transfer oil 19 having a specific gravity smaller than that of the latent heat storage material 18 with their separated into two upper/lower layers, a circulation pump 13 sucking the heat transfer oil 19 from a heat transfer oil layer 21 in the storage heat tank 12 and discharging it into a latent heat storage material layer 21, and a heat transfer tube 16 provided in the heat transfer oil layer 21.
