PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly adjust sitting attitude of a driver sitting on a driver's seat. SOLUTION: The driving attitude adjustment device is provided with a seat position adjustment mechanism 2 for adjusting front and rear positions of the driver's seat 1 by forwardly and backwardly moving a seat cushion 1a of the driver's seat 1; a sitting attitude adjustment mechanism 3 for adjusting the sitting attitude of the driver sitting on the driver's seat 1; and an operability adjustment mechanism 7 for adjusting operability relative to an operation part operated by the driver. The device is provided with a height input switch for inputting the height of the driver; and a control means for adjusting the driving attitude according to the physique by controlling the seat position adjustment mechanism 2, the sitting attitude adjustment mechanism 2 and the operability adjustment mechanism 3 based on the height of the driver inputted by the height input switch.
