PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load transmission structure suppressing the reduction of the deformation of a body of a vehicle, i.e., a living space of a cabin and reducing a damage value (degree of damage) of an occupant. SOLUTION: A load transmission member 10 is mounted to a door inner panel 4 of a front door 2 of the vehicle while facing a seat shaft 115, and a collision load applied to a door outer panel 3 of the front door of the vehicle is transmitted from the load transmission member 10 to a tunnel 101 of the floor panel through the seat shaft 115.
