PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for an outboard motor with sufficient convenience in use, easily performing arrangement of a steering link and a tie rod. SOLUTION: The steering device for the outboard motor is provided with a hydraulic cylinder S (drive device) provided with a cylinder body 8, i.e., an operation part for rotating a steering lever 106 of a first outboard motor 100; and the tie rod 14 for interlocking a steering lever 106' of a second outboard motor 100' with the steering lever 106 of the first outboard motor 100 accompanying with action of the cylinder body 8. One end of the tie rod 14 is rotatably pivotally supported on the steering lever 106' of the second outboard motor 100', and a tie rod connection member 15 rotatably and pivotably supporting the other end of the tie rod 14 is provided on the cylinder body 8.
