PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable printing device which enables operation of an input means by the hand holding a grip and efficient input operation. SOLUTION: The portable printing device includes a display part 5 provided on a device main body 2, a trackball-type input part 6 which selects an input item disposed on an editing screen displayed in the display part 5, and an operation button 7 which orders execution of the operation of the input item selected by the trackball-type input part 6. The trackball-type input part 6 and the operation button 7 are respectively provided on the opposite surfaces sandwiching the device main body 2 or the grip 3.
