PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for wall covering, excellent in antifouling properties, alkali resistance, alcohol resistance and the like. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for wall covering keeps a papery substrate overlaid with at least a foamed resin layer, a non-foamed resin layer and a decoration layer in this order. In the sheet, (1) the foamed resin layer is a layer formed by foaming a resin layer containing a foaming agent, (2) the non-foamed resin layer contains a resin containing a carboxyl group, and (3) the decoration layer consists of a single layer or multilayer and at least has a layer consisting of an aqueous composition comprising a carboxyl group-containing resin and an oxazoline group-containing resin.
