<p>The arrangement has two separate charging air coolers (6,6') to which the charging air is fed downstream of the turbocharger (2). The first cooler divides the air flow into two separate flow branches (I,II) and passes air via the first branch effectively cooled and via the second essentially uncooled. The second cooler does not cool the air in the first branch and does cool the air in the second branch and recombines the two branches.</p> |
