The load measuring plate (13) has raised end portions (15,16) projecting from upper surface. The end portions (20,21) of the lower surface are positioned above the rest of the lower surface, such that the distance of the raised end portions from the outer edge of load measuring plate is shorter than the corresponding distance of end portions of lower surface.
