<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of reliably sealing a gusset bag without whitening a heat-sealed portion of the gusset bag. <P>SOLUTION: The seal device 1 has first and second bar members 10 and 20 which are opposite to each other, are provided in an approaching/retracting manner, and hold and seal the gusset bag 30. The first bar member 10 has a projecting part 11 which is arranged on a substantially center portion in the longitudinal direction of the first bar member 10 along the longitudinal direction, and is projected to the second bar member 20 side. The gusset bag 30 has gore parts 33 formed by folding both side faces in the width direction of the gusset bag 30 inwardly. In a state in which the gusset bag 30 is held by the first and second bar members 10 and 20, the length of the projecting part 11 is larger than a center portion 39 except the gore parts 33 in a transverse section of the gusset bag 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
