PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens that offers a wide view angle, a high zoom ratio, and superior optical performance over an entire zoom range and is compact and light-weight.SOLUTION: A zoom lens of the present invention comprises, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens group U1 having positive refractive power, a second lens group U2 having negative refractive power, a third lens group U3 having positive refractive power, a fourth lens group U4 having positive refractive power, and one or more rear lens groups, where the first lens group U1 is stationary for zooming. The second lens group U2, third lens group U3, and fourth lens group U4 are configured to move, each changing a distance between itself and adjacent lens groups when zooming. When adjusting focus from an object at infinity to an object at a short distance, the third lens group U3 moves from the object side to the image side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
