PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate possibility that a large amount of flow suddenly occurs.SOLUTION: An evaluation device includes: a first evaluation part for, on the basis of the history of an amount of data matching the condition of each record to be used for the transfer control of data distributed in a network, evaluating the scale of the fluctuation of the amount of data; a second evaluation part for, on the basis of the condition of each record, evaluating the scale of the space of the record; and a calculation part for, on the basis of an evaluation result by the first evaluation part and an evaluation result by the second evaluation part, calculating an index value indicating possibility that data related to the amount of data of a predetermined amount or more match the condition of each record within a fixed period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
