FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Described is a method of producing coated medical device, in which coating, which contains a therapeutic agent, dispersed in a polymer or oligomer matrix, is applied on outer surface of medical device. Coating is then subjected to postprocessing with provision of selective removal of a considerable part of polymer or oligomer matrix from coating.
