PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of reducing visibility (reducing color saturation) of an appearance color of a translucent member in an off-state of a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes: a light-emitting element; and a translucent member 12, provided on a top surface of the light-emitting element. The translucent member 12 has a first translucent material 13 and a second translucent material 14, that are alternately arranged in a row direction or in a column direction in plan view. The first translucent material 13 contains a fluorescence substance exhibiting a first color tone and the second translucent material 14 contains a coloring agent exhibiting a second color tone that is complementary to the first color tone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A |
