PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system for push-distributing preferable information corresponding to a user, and also to provide access points.SOLUTION: A data distribution system S includes: an in-vehicle access point 1 to move via movement means; at least one communication apparatus 2 wirelessly connected to the in-vehicle access point 1; and an out-of-vehicle access point 3. The in-vehicle access point 1 includes: an acquisition section 131 for acquiring the history of the movement place or communication of the self access point; and a transmission section 132 for transmitting the acquired history when moved to the wireless area of the out-of-vehicle access point 3. The out-of-vehicle access point 3 includes: an extraction section 331 for extracting distribution information distributed by the self access point on the basis of the received history; and a distribution section 332 for distributing the extracted distribution information to the communication apparatus 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
