PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of making a rail vehicle stably travel even when a load or an inverter turns into an excessively moist condition.SOLUTION: An inverter 23 of a vehicle control device 10 receives supply of power supplied from an overhead wire 15, performs power conversion and supplies converted power to a load M. A control part 27 controls an operating condition of the inverter in a range where either one of a temperature of the load or a temperature of the inverter turns to a temperature within a prescribed acceptable range so that either one of the temperatures does not exceed a prescribed acceptable temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
