PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, when generating an image whose focal length and a view point are changed for an image after being photographed, by photographing an image by taking account of a certain shield area within an evaluation range of an image photographed with a virtual viewpoint, capable of generating an image close to an image actually photographed at the virtual viewpoint, and a control method of the same.SOLUTION: An image processing system includes: evaluation means for evaluating a plurality of areas of a photographed image; control means for performing photographing control on the basis of the evaluation result of the evaluation means; and shield area detection means for detecting a shield area with respect to a reference image of the photographed image.
