<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication from being interrupted by power supply cutoff while a communication apparatus is operating as a network control station. <P>SOLUTION: When it is recognized that a power supply status of another communication apparatus being participated in a network is a commercial power source while the communication apparatus is operating as a control station of the network, the communication apparatus controls to change the control station.
