<p>A method of manufacturing a two-layer TAB tape, wherein predetermined opening parts are provided in a semicured polyamic acid film or the one subjected to 10 % or more drawing which is formed on a release film, either of them is contact-bonded to a conductor foil or a semicured light-transmitting polyamic acid film formed on a conductor film, the film or films are changed to imide, and a desired pattern is formed in the conductor foil. Methods of manufacturing 10 % or more drawn polyamic acid film, flexible printed circuit boards using this film, and flexible printed circuit boards with cover-lays are also disclosed.</p> |
