PURPOSE: To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition being halogen-free, excellent in and well-balanced among flame retardancy, impact resistance, heat resistance, moldability, chemical resistance and thermal discoloration resistance and nonproblematic in the formation of silver streaks. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. resin comprising a polycarbonate resin (A) having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 16,000-29,000 and a polyalkylene terephthalate resin (B) in an A/B weight ratio of 75/25 to 90/10, 1-10 pts.wt. copolymer (C) comprising a rubbery polymer and at least one member selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, acrylic acid, acrylic esters, methacrylic acid, methacrylic esters and maleimide monomers, 2-20 pts.wt. organophosphorus flame retardant (D), 0.05-2 pts.wt. fluororesin (E) and 0.01-10 pts.wt. halogen-free epoxy compound.
