PURPOSE: To suppress flicker of a display picture by accumulating electric charges generated in an ON period of a first switching element in a channel section of a second switching element. CONSTITUTION: In a driving circuit 21, a delay circuit D delays a sampling signal of which polarity is reversed by an inverter IN by the prescribed time W2 being shorter than an ON period Wl of a sampling signal, and gives it to a gate of a transistor Q for compensating electric charges. On the other hand, Variation is caused in a range of a time W3 by dispersion and the like of characteristics of transistors constituting a buffer B and the inverter IN, for a sampling signal from a scanning circuit 22. Owing to this, the time W2 is selected to a time, for example W1/2, in which a sampling signal to the transistor Q for compensating electric charges can be raised to ON after a sampling signal is surely raised to OFF even if variation is caused in a range of the time W3 basing a signal shown inγ1 as a reference.
