PURPOSE: To facilitate the production of an inside blade and to obtain sufficient cutting quality by integrally molding a mounting part and blade parts of a high-molecular material, coating the front surface of a molding with an Ni or Ni-based composite material by electroless plating and edging the blade edges of the blade parts by grinding. CONSTITUTION: The molding 3 having the inside blade shape of an electric laser is formed by integrally molding the blade parts 2 and the mounting part 1 by injection molding of a liquid crystal polymer contg., for example, 30wt.% carbon fibers as fillers. A reinforcing rail 4 is inserted into the molding 3 in order to suppress the deflection quantity at the time of cutting beard at a prescribed level. A hard lowfriction layer of, for example, about 10μm is formed on such molding 3 by using an electroless plating liquid of an Ni-P system mixed with, for example, about 10g/l of Teflon (R) particles. At least the blade tips of the blade parts 2 are thereafter edged by subjecting these tips to grinding.
