发明名称 COATING METHOD OF CYLINDRICAL SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a coating method of a coating liquid with a low viscosity to a cylindrical substrate without bead-interruption and thickness alteration. CONSTITUTION: While a cylindrical substrate 1 having continuous circumferential face formed in an endless way being moved at 20-50mm/sec, a coating liquid L is made to flow out on a slide face 15 in a hopper coating face from an endless coating liquid flowing outlet 11 formed in the hopper coating face which is so closely formed as to surround the circumference of the substrate in the whole circumference of the substrate through a coating liquid distributing slit 12 and the coating liquid is continuously supplied to the substrate and a tip part of the hopper coating face. At that time, the viscosity of the coating liquid is controlled to be not less than 1 and lower than 10 millpascal.sec., the gap between the surface of the substrate and the tip of the hopper is adjusted to be 30-200μm, and the gap of the coating liquid distributing slit is adjusted to be 50-200μm.
