PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable exact reception regardlessly of propriety in the performance of signal changing element such as a discriminator by calculating a threshold value from a sampling value and correcting the threshold value of a system corresponding to the calculated threshold value. SOLUTION: A frequency signal received by a radio reception part 2 is amplified and converted to any frequency band easy to process. At a detection part 3, a specified code signal is detected out of a synchronizing signal. An A/D converter 4 converts the specified code signal to the sampling value so as to convert a code signal to send respective four values at determined timing more than once without fail to a sampling value having accuracy not to damage a signal waveform. At a sampling value storage part 7, the sampling value is temporarily stored and preserved. A symbol level threshold value operating part 8 calculates a threshold value from the sampling value and calculates a threshold value from the symbol level of the sampling value. At a threshold value comparator part 10, the threshold value of the device is compared with the calculated threshold value by correcting the threshold value of the system corresponding to the calculated threshold value. |
