PURPOSE:To facilitate the washing of a side wall of a sponge board for the dehydration of raw laver and the handling of the sponge board with a base. CONSTITUTION:This washing apparatus is used for washing a sponge board 8 for the dehydration of raw laver provided, at the both sides of a traversing path of the sponge board 8, with rotating contacting members 5 which contact the both side-walls of the sponge board 8. Upper and lower guiding boards for confining the upper and the lower face of the sponge board 8 between them are place with a specified space on the axes of the rotating contacting members 5 contacting the both sides of the sponge board 8. Hook-and-loop fasteness fixed on appropriate positions on the lower face of the sponge and other hook- and-loop fasteness are fixed on the upper face of the base board a the corresponding positions to the fasteness on the sponge board 8. The sponge board 8 is detachably attached on the base board. |
